Oppo today in the early hours of morning officially announced the next gen K-series smartphone dubbed as the Oppo K7x.
The smartphone is equipped with A 6.5″FullHD+ LCD display screen with a refresh rate of 90Hz and a touch sampling rate of 180Hz. The screen has a maximum brightness of 600 nits and comes with a pixel density of 405ppi.
Under the hood there resides a Dimensity 720 SoC which is coupled with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of on-board storage. Android 10 come pre-installed out of the box on top of ColorOS 7.2 skin.
Camera department for this device boast a total of 5 cameras – 16MP snapper on the front. The rear panel houses the rest of the sensors with 48MP being the primary one, 8MP as the ultra wide, 2MP macro and 2MP depth sensor units.
Connectivity options for this device includes Bluetooth 5.0, USB-C, 3.5mm headphone jack, and dual-mode 5G. For security the company has embedded a Fingerprint sensor located at the side of the Oppo K7x.
Another highlight of the unit is the battery backup. The newly introduced Oppo K7x comes with a 5,000mAh of battery which supports for 30W fast charging.
Black Mirror and Blue Shadow are the two color options to choose from. The unit is already up for pre-order in China with actual sales to commence from November 11.
Initially, the company will be selling the handset for CNY1,399 ($210/€180). This price is for a short-period only, then later on it will be priced at at CNY1,499 ($225/€190).
