Lenovo today officially lifted the veil of the first Legion gaming smartphone dubbed as the Legion Duel. You will get to see all the top-end specs in this newly launched dedicated gaming phone. This handset has everything to directly rival the Asus ROG, Nubia Red Magic and Black Shark lines in the gaming smartphone category.

The all new Legion Duel flaunts a 6.65″ AMOLED display panel with 144Hz refresh rate. As you can see in the depicted pictures the bezels are minimum. The fingerprint reader is under the display, you will also get dual speakers and 240Hz touch sampling.

Lenovo in a statement said that they have optimized the 144Hz display and triggers for 130+ games. This all new smartphone support for an advanced cooling system two heat pipes as well as Lenovo’s U-Engine dual X-axis vibration motor which promises over 100 types of long vibration patterns and 13 kinds of low-response ones.

The Legion Duel comes in four variants varying in memory departments. The entry-level 8/128GB variant will cost for CNY 3,499 ($500), the 12/128GB model for CNY 3,899 ($557), the 12/256GB version for CNY 4,199 ($600) and the top of the line 16 GB RAM and 512GB storage trim will set buyers back CNY 5,999 ($857).

Pre-order of the device has already begun in China with actual sales to commence from August 5.

Blue and Red are the two color options to choose from.
