Yesterday, Samsung at an event in India officially launches the Galaxy M30s and M10s. Both smartphones come with premium features at an exciting price.
Samsung Galaxy M30s
At the beginning of this year, Samsung unveils the Galaxy M30 smartphone in the country as a part of it’s new online-only Galaxy M-series. And now the South Korean giant has launched a new variant of the unit dubbed as Galaxy M30s.
The device is equipped with a FullHD+ Infinity -U Super AMOLED display of screen size 6.4-inch (with 2340 x 1080p resolution). Under the hood, there resides an Exynos 9611 processor (10nm) coupled with Mali-G72MP3 GPU.
Memory section for this device includes 4GB RAM / 64GB storage and 6GB RAM / 128GB storage. There’s also a microSD card slot, so you can expand the memory up to 512GB.
Camera section for this device includes a triple rear camera setup – a 48 MP primary sensor with LED flash, f/2.0 aperture, Samsung GW2 sensor, a 5 MP depth sensor with f/2.2 aperture, and an 8 MP 123° ultra-wide-angle camera with f/2.2 aperture.
For taking beautiful selfies, the company has embedded a 16 MP SK3P8SP camera sensor with f/2.0 aperture.
Connectivity option includes Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4 GHz + 5 GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, and USB Type-C port. Android Pie 9.0 comes pre-installed out of the box on top of Samsung’s One UI.
The device is embedded with a huge battery pack up of size 6,000mAh with 15W fast charging. Opal Black Sapphire Blue and Pearl White are the color options to choose from.
As far as the pricing goes, the 4GB RAM variant will retail at ₹13,999 (~$196) while the 6GB RAM variant will cost at ₹16,999 (~$238). The sale of the unit will commence starting September 29 and will be available for purchase from Amazon.in and company’s official online store.
Samsung Galaxy M10s
Along with the M30s, Samsung also launched the updated variant of the M10 entry-level smartphone. The all-new M10s features a 6.4-inch HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity-V display with 1520 x 720 pixels screen resolution, all-new 1.6GHz Samsung Exynos 7884B octa-core processor coupled with 3GB RAM and 32GB built-in storage.
The rear side of the device includes a dual-camera setup – a 13MP primary sensor and a 5MP secondary ultra-wide sensor. And the front side houses the 8MP selfie sensor with face unlock support.
The Galaxy M10s runs on Android Pie v9.0 operating system on top of One UI skin. Connectivity options for this unit include Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS + GLONASS.
To keep the lights of the device on, the company has embedded a 4,000mAh battery with 15W fast charging.
Stone Blue and Piano Black are the two color options to choose from. The Galaxy M10s will come with a price tag of INR 8,999 (which according to latest transaction rates translates into $126). This one will also go on sale starting 29th September and will also available from Amazon India’s portal and company’s official portal.
