Motorola has started pushing out the Android Security Update for the month of December 2018 to it’s Moto G5s Plus units. The device went official back in 2017 – it’s nice to see that company hasn’t forgotten it’s old devices.
Arriving in with build number OPSS28.65-36-6, the update brings the latest Android security fixes along with bug fixes and performance enhancements.
As usual, the update is rolling over-the-air, so it might take time to reach every unit. Those who are impatient can head over to the Setting’s menu of their perspective devices to manually check for the update.
Before downloading the update make sure your device is charged up to 50 percent and is connected to a decent internet connection.
