Razor Phone has started receiving a new firmware update. The update packs Android Security Patch for the month of May and also brings the highly-awaited Portrait camera mode.
Aside from the latest Security fixes the update also brings bug fixes and performance improvements. Weighing in at around 366.3MB in size, the update also brings a fix for the Android 8.1 multi-touch issue is included in the new firmware.
After installing this latest firmware update you’d be able to lock recent apps to avoid closing them accidentally with a swipe or through the Clear All button.
As usual, the update is rolling over-the-air so be patient. Meanwhile, you can head over to the Setting’s menu of your device to manually check for the update.
Before downloading the update make sure your device is charged up to 50 percent and is connected to a decent internet connection.
