WhatsApp Business App for Android platform has just received an update. The update brings a couple new features which include – Quick Replies and Labels.
The new Labels feature will be used organize and quickly find your customers and messages.
And the Quick replies will be used to create keyboard shortcuts for frequently sent messages and greet customers with a Greeting message when they message you the first time.
