A New Firmware Update Starts Hitting The LG V20 Units On AT&T Network

LG V20 on AT&T getting a new firmware update across the United States. Arriving in with software version H91010P, the update brings the Android security update for the month of August 2017 to the device. 

Aside  from the security patch the update does bring enhancements to AT&T’s HDVoice functionality which uses wide-band audio technology and noise cancellation to improve call quality. Along with this LG’s own Wi-Fi Calling feature has also been improved.
As usual it’s an over-the-air update will roll out gradually. Those who are impatient can head over to the Setting’s menu of your device to manually check for the update. 
The update weighs in at around 1.01GB in size, so before downloading it make sure your device is charged up to 80 percent and to avoid any extra data loss make sure your are connected to a Wi-Fi network before proceeding.
