LGElectronics just announced a new device dubbed as LG G Pro Lite. “With LG G Pro Lite, we are introducing a competitive device to the masses in the growing large smartphone market,” said Dr. Jong-seok Park, president and CEO of LG Electronics Mobile Communications Company. “The market for smartphones with displays over five inches will continue to grow and LG is in a great position to capture these new customers when they’re ready to move up from their current phones.”
LG G Pro Lite packs a 5.5-inch HD display (960 x 540 pixels), under the hood there is a 1GHz dual-core MT6577 MediaTek processor coupled with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of ROM and a microSD card slot is also there. The device is powered by a 8MP BSI rear camera and a 1.3 MP front camera shooter.
With a 3,140 mAh (removable) of battery, LG G Pro Lite will run on an Android 4.1.2 Jelly Bean OS. Its connectivity option includes: Bluetooth 3.0, USB2.0, A-GPS, Wi-Fi Direct. The dimensions of the device is 150.2 x 76.9 x 9.4mm and weighs 161g. LG G Pro Lite will be available in two color options: white and black.
LG G Pro Lite will make its world debut this month in Latin America followed by markets in Asia, Russia, China, India and the Middle East.
