Samsung today officially relaunch the Galaxy Note 7 in it’s homeland South Korea under the name Galaxy Note 7 Fan Edition. It’s a refurbished unit of the device which launched last year but due to it’s fiasco company stops it’s manufacturing and recall all the units.
This new deice is essentially the same device but with some key changes. The key difference to note here is that the FE has a smaller 3,200mAh battery as opposed to the 3,500mAh in the original Note 7 which was the reason it catches fire.
The device has went through the same rigorous 8-point batter safety test that Samsung introduces with the Galaxy S8. And the good news is that this refurbished Not 7 has clear the safety test.
