Huawei unveiled yet another budget oriented smartphone – Y7 Prime. The handset is available for purchase at Vmall
(at HKD 1,880, around $240/€215) and is soon coming to Three
. The highlighting feature of this device is it’s huge 4,000mAh of battery
The Huawei Y7 Prime flaunts a metal body and is powered by power efficient Snapdragon 435 chipset backed by Adreno 505 graphics. Memory section includes 3GB of RAM and 32GB of on-board storage.
On the front side there’s a 5.5-inch 72op resolution IPS display panel on top of 2.5D glass. Camera section for this device includes a 12MP main camera (f/2.2, 1.25µm pixels) and an 8MP selfie cam.
Company has also embedded a fingerprint reader on the rear side just below the camera which reacts in just 0.3s. Android 7.0 Nougat
comes pre-installed on top of Huaweis own EMUI 5.1 skin.
Connectivity option for this device includes Wi-Fi b/g/n, microUSB, LTE, GSM, CDMA and there’s also a 3.5mm headphone jack.
