Google Assistant Debuts iOS Platform

Google kicked off its yearly developer conference, Google I/O 2017, with announcement of it's Google Assistant for iOS platform. Back at 2016 conference Google introduces it's conversational assistant and today after 1 year it's arriving on iOS devices. The app will soon be available for download on the App Store.

But it won't work the same as it does on Android devices, it will have limited functionality - thanks to API restrictions. Google says that it will be able to do all the basic stuff such as sending messages and playing music on Spotify.

Sadly "OK Google" won't wake up the phone, also Apple is not allowing remap of the Home button so Siri will stay your primary digital assistant in the future.
