Few days back Google begins the roll out of Android 7.1.2 update to it's Nexus and Pixel devices. The update also includes the android security patch for the month of April. Following Google, Blackberry also rolls out the April security update to it's android powered smartphones becoming the first non-google OEM to roll out such update.
And now, Verizon has also started pushing out a security update to the aging LG G3 and the niche LG V10. Both the device are currently rolling out with the April Security Patch, the latest android security patch.

The two handsets aren't getting any other feature or bump in their android version as of now. But company stated that the V10 will get the Android Nougat v7.0 update by second half of the year.
