Yesterday, a teaser appeared teasing that ZTE is prepping to unveil it's first dual camera phone and the Chinese company has started sending invites for the event which is scheduled to take place on March 21.
Now a list of purported specs of this alleged smartphone appeared on Weibo along with the name of the device. Nothing is official as of now, it's just a rumor so just take it as a pinch of salt.
As per the rumor suggests this alleged device will come with a 5.2-inch 1080p touchscreen, a 13 MP + 13 MP dual rear camera setup (with two Sony IMX258 sensors), a 16 MP front-facing camera for selfies, 64GB of storage, a USB Type-C port, and a 3,000 mAh battery with support for Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0.
There will be different versions of this device varying in memory section, one will come with the Snapdragon 652 paired with 4GB of RAM, another with the Snapdragon 653 and 6GB of memory.
There will be three different color options to choose from - Black, Gold and Blue. The blue variant will sport the SD653 chip but 4GB of RAM for whatever reason.
As far as the pricing is concerned the SD652/4GB variant will cost around CNY 1,899 which according to current transaction rates translates into $274 or €257.
