BlackBerry Aurora officially announced in Indonesian market. The device features Snapdragon 425 chipset coupled with 4GB of RAM and 32GB of built-in storage, a 5.5″ 720p display screen and a 3,000mAh of battery to keep the lights on.
The phone “is not only the first BlackBerry-branded device to ever be produced in Indonesia, but it is the first BlackBerry device in the world to be equipped with dual-SIM functionality,” says Stanly Widjaja, Vice President BB Merah Putih.
Camera section includes 13MP rear-facing camera snapper and an 8MP front-facing selfie cam. The device measures in at 152 x 76.8 x 8.5mm and weighs around 178g, and comes with Android 7.0 Nougat Operating System pre-installed.
The device comes in different color options including Black, Silver and Gold. As far as the pricing goes, it carries an IDR 3,499,000 price tag (around $260) and is currently up for pre-order at “various online e-commerce in Indonesia“.
The device will be up for pre-order until March 12.
