Xiaomi officially unveiled an improved upgraded version of it's Redmi 4 dubbed as the Redmi 4X. The device came up with Snapdragon 435 chipset and faster LTE speeds. Xiaomi via Wibo account officially introduce the Xiaomi Redmi 4X, as of now the device is only available in it's homeland China.
As you can see in the depicted pictures the device look identical to the Redmi 4, houses same display size of 5" with same 720p resolution, but is powered by Snapdragon 435 chipset and same octa-core 1.4GHz A53 processor and Adreno 505 GPU, but this model offers faster LTE speeds - 300Mbps for downlink and 100Mbps uplink.

All other technical specifications are identical to the Redmi 4's - a quick recap redmi 4 features a 13/5MP camera setup, Dual-SIM, VoLTE support and a 4,100 mAh battery. The device will come with Android Marshmallow OS pre-installed on top of MIUI8.
The device will soon be available for purchase soon in the country and as far as the price details of the device is concerned the 16GB variant will go for CNY 699 ($100) for the 16GB model, and CNY 899 ($130) for the 32GB version.
Currently there are no words when the device will make it's way outside it's homeland.
