Last year in October Samsung officially unveiled the Galaxy C9 Pro smartphone and since then the device was only available for purchase in China. In the beginning of the year we reported that the device is now coming to Asian countries. It seems that the report was legit, as the device is now available for pre-order for all in India.
At Samsung’s official Indian website (source link provided below) the device is listed with a price tag of INR 36,900 ($551), the device will also be available from select brick-and-mortar stores in India. That being said, company will ship first batch of device on February 24th.
To reserve a place in the first batch of shipping you need to pre-order the device before Sunday, February 12. Along with the device company is also offering all customers who are reserving the device an opportunity to score a one-time screen replacement during their first 12-months of ownership for just Rs. 990 ($14).
This news comes shortly after the device went for pre-order in Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Jaipur and Pune.
For those who don’t know, Samsung Galaxy C9 pro flaunts a 6″ fullHD (1920 x 1080) super AMOLED display, the device is fueled by the 64-bit octa-core Snapdragon 653 processor, along with the Adreno 510 GPU. Memory section of the device includes 6GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable built-in storage.
