Samsung officially confirmed the launch of it's next gen Gear S3 smartwatch at an press event which is scheduled to be held on August 31, ahead of IFA. Earlier it was rumored that the giant company will unveil the Gear S3 at IFA but it doesn't seems to be the case now.
The smartwatch is rumored to come with an altimeter, a barometer, and a GPS-based speedometer, thus enhancing upon the tracking abilities of the Gear S2. It's also come to hear that there will be two variants of this year's smartwatch standard variant and the classic variant, both will run Tizen. It's also been rumored that the Gear S3 will also house the same rotating bezel that was present on the Gear S2.
In the earlier invite company said nothing but teased with a clock hand and in this new invite Samsung says " Talk About 3 " accompanied by an image of watch face in the middle. The press event is officially scheduled to take place on August 31st in Berlin at 6PM CEST. No pricing details have been revealed yet.
