Samsung Galaxy Z2 Goes Official With AMOLED Display, 4G LTE Support, TIZEN OS

Samsung today officially launched it's third tizen-powered smartphone in Indian market dubbed as the Galaxy Z2. The device is equipped with a 3.97-inch AMOLED display and powers a Spreadtrum chipset with quad-core processor.

Other specs includes 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage (which is expandable via microSD card), 1,500mAh of battery (which might not last more than a day of usage), 32-bit quad-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz, 5MP rear camera, VGA front camera, Tizen 2.4 and also offers support for 4G LTE connectivity.

The device came up with an app called My Money Transfer which will let you transfer money from one bank account to another. Along with this there's also the 
S Bike Mode as well as support for 12 regional languages.

As far as the price is concerned the device carries a price tag of INR 4,590 (which according to current transaction rates translates into around $70), and will go on sale starting August 29, with retailer PayTM handling online sales.
