According to a report from below source, Samsung is currently working on a new Galaxy C-series smartphone. The device is rumored to be called Galaxy C9 (SM-C9000), codenamed "Amy". If you people remember, earlier this year the Korea company unveiled a metal clad smartphone which was also a C-series smartphone - the Galaxy C5.
Samsung Galaxy C5 features a AMOLED display (5.5" in size) along with Snapdragon 617 processor, 4GB RAM, 32GB storage and Android 6.0 OS out of the box. This alleged Galaxy C9 smartphone may have similar or better specifications. The Galaxy C-series from Samsung is exclusive to China, company has not launched it anywhere else.
It's also came to hear that the Galaxy C9 might feature a Full HD Super AMOLED display (6" in size), but nothing is confirmed at this point.
Currently we have no idea when it's going to be announced and will ever hit any other region except China. We'll let you people know as soon as we heard more on this topic.
