Both the devices got separate listings, with the model number G-2PW2100 (source link down below) and G-2PW4100, which are supposed to be the HTC Sailfish and Marlin handsets, respectively.

Normally in FCC listings we did not get any specs or design info but these listing confirms that both the devices will have 4G LTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth LE and NFC connectivity. Both will come Android 7.0 Nougat pre-installed that's for sure and recently the Sailfish got listed on Benchmark which reveals that the device will feature a 5-inch full HD display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC, 4GB of RAM, and 32GB of storage. Camera section will include a 12MP main shooter and an 8MP front-facing one
