Carl Pei CEO OnePlus Puts An End To The OP3 Mini Story With A Simple -"No"

Couple of days back a device is been supported at GFX Benchmark, there was no information about the manufacture of the device.

The leak specs sheet suggests that this new device will carry a 4.6-inch screen with a 1080 x 1920 resolution powered by Snaodragon 820 quad-core 2.2GHz processor. 6GB of RAM is also hinted along with the 64GB of native storage. The phone will also feature a 16MP rear-facing camera and an 8MP front-facing camera.

The specs sheet was identical to that of OnePlus 3 so we thought a mini version of OP3 might be under construction. But this doesn't seems to be the case as the OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei via Twitter put an end to this story with a simple "No", followed by the eloquent hashtag #rumorshutdown.

So it's officially confirmed now that the leak has nothing to do with OnePlus. But question is still unanswered if not OnePlus then who?

We'll let you guys know as we soon hear a word about this mystery device. Stay tuned with us for more!
