ZTE unveiled the third device of its Zmax series- the Zmax Pro. The device came up with a price tag of $99 and will be sold in the US by MetroPCS.
The handset is equipped with a 6″ HD display screen, and powers a octa-core Cortex-A53 Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 617 processor clocked at 1.5GHz and Adreno 405 GPU coupled with 2GB of RAM and 32GB of expandable storage.
Other features includes a USB Type-C port, 4G LTE, 3,400mAh of battery, 3.5mm headset jack, 13MP rear camera snapper (with features like phase detect, autofocus, LED flash) and a fingerprint sensor on the rear. The device runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system.
The device will go on sale starting August 1 and will be available at MetroPCS with a price tag of $99. On pre-registering before July 31, you’ll receive a free leather case with the purchase of phone. Zmax Pro broke a record, becoming the highest-specced smartphone for less than $100- says ZTE.
