Apple rolls out an improved version of iTunes Match for all Apple Music subscribers. Apple’s music streaming service users had been complaining over the past year that it wouldn’t properly match the songs subscribers had in their existing iTunes libraries.
This problem is now been solved, as Apple rolls out iTunes Match audio fingerprint for all its Music subscribers. Earlier Apple was using less accurate metadata version of iTunes Match that’s why there was mismatch. And now to create the correct match Apple is replacing the older version of iTunes Match with one that uses audio fingerprints, and not a single song will be deleted from user’s music library.
All the Apple Music subscribers will get the new version of iTunes Match without paying a dime and you have to do nothing to get this update as Apple is switching over 1% to 2% of its users every day, automatically.
