Indian Moto G Users Suffering From Network Connectivity Problems


Motorola according to its official Facebook page reported that they have uncovered an activation problem with some Moto G devices sold in Indian market, which might be causing network connectivity problems. 

According to Motorola, some of the Moro G smartphones have been shipped with IMEI numbers that are not yet registered with carriers. The smartphones are mostly those which company sold out recently.

If you are one of the user who have been facing this problem since you bought your new Moto G, as you are in India chances are that e-retailer Flipkart, which exclusivly retails Motorola phones in India, would have sent you an e-mail explaining the issue. 

Your problem will be resolve shortly as Motorola is working round the clock to fix it.

If you have recently purchased a Moto G and have network connectivity problems this may apply to you. This is due to a programming error from our end and we owe you a big apology. We are working around the clock to resolve this. If you are impacted, we’ve sent you an email via Flipkart to explain everything and what we’re doing to make it right.”
