Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 VS Apple iPad Air

Few days back at CES 2014 Samsung unveiled a 12.2-inch tablet named as Samsung Galaxy Note Pro. The tablet is powered by a huge 12.2-inch WQXGA Super Clear LCD (2560 x 1600 resolutions) screen. Apple iPad Air was launched last year and it powers a 9.7-inch screen (diagonally) display diagonally. Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 (weighs 750) is much heavier than that of Apple's iPad Air (weighs 454g).

Design: Both the tablets offer tempting helpings of powerful components, advanced features, and cutting-edge software. Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 powers a 12.2-inch WQXGA Super Clear LCD screen (2560 x 1600 resolution). Its a heavy tablet as it weighs around 750g for Wi-Fi version and 753g for 3G/LTE version.

Apple iPad Air features a 9.7-inch screen (diagonally) display with 1536 x 2048 pixels resolution and its the lightest tablet in the market as it just weighs 454g. Its quite thin tablet measures 240 x 169.5 x 7.5 mm and we can't say anything about its build quality as we all know Apple is well known for its build quality.

Specs: Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2 powers a Exynos 5 Octa (1.9GHz Quad-Core + 1.3GHz Quad-Core) for Wi-Fi/3G version and 2.3GHz Quad Core Snapdragon 800 processor for LTE version. Its features also includes a 3GB of RAM, 32GB/64GB storage, 9,500 mAh of battery, a 8MP rear and 2MP front-facing camera shooter and an Android 4.4 KitKat operating system on the board.

In comparison to this, Apple iPad Air powers a 64-bit A7 processor, 1GB of RAM, Li-Po 8,820 mAh of battery, 5MP rear and 1.2MP front-facing camera and runs its own iOS 7 operating system. The tablet is available in four versions including: 16/32/64/128 GB storage.
